FMCSA — Vehicle Safety

Hydrogen is a hazardous material that may be transported by a motor carrier. Regulations exist which govern the safe transportation of hydrogen. Under statutory authority, FMCSA is charged with enforcing the hazardous materials regulations and cite shippers and carriers of hazardous materials.

FMCSA - Vehicle Parking & Storage

FMCSA is charged with enforcing regulations for the parking and storage of vehicles containing hazardous materials, or utilizing hazardous materials as a fuel.
